In the last decade the internet has become a very important aspect of our lives. Within the world of business it has unlocked many new advertising avenues with multiple ways you can advertise your property.

So why are we so different? As property owners ourselves we have built Wig Wam Chief from the ground up to try and solve some of the headaches and frustrations we encounter whilst using the internet to market our properties. Every page has been built by our expert programmers from scratch to be as user-friendly and intuitive as possible. Our rental websites have been built specifically for advanced Search Engine Optimisation.

1. Manage Properties

The first stage to configuring a new advert(s) is to add a property to your account.

Within the Mange Properties section you can add and delete as many properties as you like.

Each property is displayed with a unique Property ID number (needed later to activate your property) and the activation status of your advert on our property rental websites.

2. Editing Property Details

Once you have added a property to your account you can begin to configure the details of your advert.

To navigate this section simply pick the property you wish to edit from the top bar and the section of the advert you would like to edit from the left bar. Once you have finished configuring the information for that section, click the save icon which should appear in the top right corner of the form.

Please remember to save each section of your advert before navigating between different properties or sections of your advert!

OK so now lets skim through some of the new and great features.

Custom Amenities

Don’t you hate the amount of tick boxes on some websites!? And if your amenity isn’t on the list, then what do you do? Add your own amenities, edit them with ease by clicking the pencil icon and even change their order by dragging the move icon.

Currency Exchange Rates

Exchange rates fluctuate every day so keeping up to date with booking prices can be a nightmare. Luckily we are connected to the European Central Bank (it wasn’t easy)! Enter prices where you see fit, however leave it any values blank and they will be calculated automatically based on the current exchange rate!

3. Activate properties

OK so your properties have been added and you have entered all your details, right?

Great, well lets get that advert active!

Follow the procedure on the Activate Properties section of the dashboard. All we require is a recent utility bill or proof of ownership. This is to keep our customers safe from fraudulent adverts! Now sit back and relax…

4. Commission Payment

We hope out of every section of the website, this is the one you will be using the most, as it means you are getting bookings! For our time and effort all we ask for a small commission payment of £3 per for every days rent you acquire through any of our websites.

5. Configure my advert for me!

Some of us lead very busy lives. Although configuring your advert is fast and easy, for some it may be easier to have someone else do it for you.

In that case leave it to us! Send us some information or a link to an advert on another website and we will do the rest.
